[IMPORTANT] Blacktronic livery missing even though I claimed it

Same problem over here on PC. When i activated VIP after reaching tier 50 in the Pass, everything except the Blacktronic car livery was given to me.

The game just updated, and I STILL don't have my Blacktronic livery. 

Has anyone at EA SPORTS actually taken a look at this post or not?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reach level 50 on the VIP Pass and see if the Blacktronic livery unlocks.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Blacktronic livery should be available in my livery customisations in F1 World.
What do you expect to see? I want the Blacktronic livery to appear in my liveries.

having the same issue as well and just got off with support and they said to post to the forum

same issue. I just posted since that's what the support person told me to do. they need to look at it soon since a reset is about to happen

I was shown this screen after updating to 1.7…..

This removed the ‘Retrosport’ livery that I had unlocked at Level 1 from the game completely and reverted me back to the ONLY livery included in the base game.
I don’t know how you guys managed to reach level 49… Have you been outside since May 31st? 😂 

It’s quite ridiculous that having only launched an £89.99 game with just 1 base livery, you’d lock another one away at level 49 where only the unemployed have time to achieve, or will have spent all their 18,000 pitcoin on boosts instead of buying 40 pairs of shoes for their avatar. 

Does anyone else think it’s getting a bit concerning that an £89.99 game now has almost 850 bug report topics in just 7 weeks since launch? That’s about 120 bugs reported a week….. That’s simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
