Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just refuse to continue talks with another team in career mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The commentators say that they where right to follow the rumours because it seems they are true and there are talks happening.
What do you expect to see? The commentators not saying nothing at all, unless you accept to continue the talks and the team found out about those talks, or either saying that the rumours seem to be false.
Maybe it only happens when the commentators are the Spanish ones, but I have seen in some Youtubers and the subtitles of my game, which are in English, that this is the case in all languages. The commentators shouldn't say that they were right to follow the rumours if you are refusing to continue the secret meetings with the team that has approached to your driver. This has happened to me 3 out of 3 times that I have refused to continue the talks with a team.
