Incorrect grid order in 2 player career sprint race

Summarize your bug The grid order is incorrect and completely unrelated to qualifying for both sprint and actual race.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? RVTH-GVGH-TKKB-CVHD
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Fanatec CSL DD

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Two player career
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a sprint weekend in 2 player career. Use short qualifying format and you will observe that grid order is not related to qualifying.
What happens when the bug occurs? The starting order in sprint race in completely different than the order in sprint qualifying (and same for actual q and race). I qualified 3rd in sprint Q, my friend qualified 6th and he started sprint race from 1st, while I started from 2nd. The rest of the grid was ordered by teams (first red bulls, then I think mercs, etc.). Neither of us had any grid penalties or changed engine components, so it is not connected to that.
What do you expect to see? Working 2 player career

    A similar thing has occurred to me and my friend on two player career many times. My friend is on PC and I am on Xbox and very often despite how we qualify, when race begins we will be in a very different grid order. Sometimes one of us will even start race in pit row. Last night my friend started in pit row, despite having zero penalties or part replacements and so did 5 or 6 AI. The start of race was wild with half a dozen cars darting out of pit lane at same time rest of grid was rounding first turn. It also immediately put half the grid under a blue flag, despite nobody being a lap down. This has happened numerous times to me and my friend. It doesn't happen every single race, so i'm not sure what is causing the glitch.

    My friend got DNF in Sprint, so he changed component before Race Qualifying where he ended up P13 so he should be P13 because no penalty applies to you if you change component out of parc fermé, but he ended up being P20 on the grid. +1 to fix this quickly.
