Hardware settings XMLs: 

• user > documents > my games > F1 24 > hardwaresettings
• right-click the game in Steam > Manage > Browse local files > F1_24.exe.[number].running (please, rename this last file as .txt to be able to upload it)

We´ve managed to fix it while your developers are on vacation for last 8 months. Issue can be solved by adding excusion to your antivirus for F1 24 game + EA Anticheat folder. Why? We dont know but you guys messed up something my guess would be with anticheat software.
