1. Yes, the other driver's contract expires both in the middle of the season and at the end of the season. This is in case you want to change teammates part way through they year similar to Red Bull swapping Gasly/ Albon in 2019.

2. According to the Formula 1 regulations you get four gearboxes for the season, so each gearbox only needs to last 6 races, I'm not sure why you would expect it to last 12, especially during a 16 race season.

3. You are going to need to be more specific, how is the game punishing you in my team mode?

4. Part wear is standardized, the only variance being how many reliability upgrades have been researched for the car in the Career modes. If you feel your parts are wearing out too quickly, then you need to invest more in the reliability portion of the R&D tree.

5. & 6. While the developers have certainly dropped the ball on fixing several bugs/ issues in this year's game, so far you haven't mentioned anything that actually needs fixing as it is all working as intended.
