new update making my game crash

I'm also having this issue for the past 2 days, I have also updated my drivers. I have 4070ti and overall very decent pc, so that shouldn't be an issue as this game used to run flawlessly just a week back. Idk what happened, just stopped working all of a sudden.

I have the same problem since the last Windows update. It was working perfectly on Sunday, Windows updated Sunday evening and Monday the game didn't work anymore. Exact same behavior: game launches, but crashes completely soon after main screen.

I've reinstalled the game, EA App, VC++ packages, graphic card, added exception in windows security. Nothing works.

Where I've got with the investigation so far is it seems the EADesktop.exe is crashing causing the F1 to close. Unclear why ... There are some crash details in the event viewer but doesn't tell too much other than it crashed ... It seems to indicate a problem in MSVCP140.dll but that didn't change since 2022.

I've formatted the disk and reinstalled everything: windows, drivers, EA app, game. No change, same behavior: game crashes right after launch. 

I'm really lost now.

@EA people - you have to step in here, the game cannot be played anymore.

Does anybody know how can we raise a bug/case with EA? I've read this page https://forums.ea.com/discussions/f1-24-technical-issues-en/f1%C2%AE-24--how-to-report-a-bug/8410423 which says many things except how to raise a bug ...

At this point I'm going to be asking for a refund on my EA PRO subscription. $150 to play this game basically and it doesn't even launch. I'd encourage others to do so, maybe they can actually fix it. These forums are littered with crashes at various stages of launch and game play. Its unacceptable. Do better.
