No alternative strategy giving after damage

@mattwells149852 I have a feeling that the community manager will have been giving an answer, but not one he can publish on a forum. Or we all will have something to quote in asking for a refund. Something like

1) We don't know what has caused it and can't fix it yet.
2) We can fix it, but it breaks something in the new driver career goals(I think those might have caused it), so won't fix it.

Or whatever it is, the community manager simply can't publish it. Not blaming them.
