No DNFs for AI / AI DRS Train

Playing in driver career mode in F2, I noticed that the AI do not suffer from mechanical issues/retirements or cause yellow flags (I do a full race weekend and 100% race distance with both car damage...

Having the same problem in my F1 driver career. Have done 6 races so far, not a single DNF, not a single spin or crash or even little mistakes. The AI makes no mistakes at all. After the race when checking the race director there's no warnings for any AI, they are way way too perfect. They barely even pass each other and when they do they don't fight for position they just get right back in line immediately.
