No DNFs for AI / AI DRS Train

Their ERS usage is all over the place as well, which makes racing the AI stupidly easy, while the player simply pushes the overtake button and regens any used energy in just a few corners. It doesn't help that when they do decide to do something once in a blue moon, it usually means that they lose some three seconds by driving side by side at every corner. It's nothing new, but still, at least some improvement would be nice.
