We've done a season and it still happens to us as well. We get a Safety Car only if a player stops in the middle of the road. AI can make just Virtual Safety Car, very rarely even on increased option (like 2-3 times in a season), but no actual Safety Car. Any feedback and addition to patch notes would be much appreciated 🙂
Also no VSC. No matter how many crashes. Only yellow flags in the affected sector.

Tried increasing SC ratio from standard to ”increased” but didn’t help
- @Cooper4000 - iv also had my safety car & red flag on increased for a whole season of Two player career and not once had a safety car or red flag, only ever seems to be a yellow flag.
