Yeah I don't get any either. 35% races on career mode.
Nope, nothing happens. 50% races, boring like hell.
No safety cars, no red flags, no weather changes (every race is 100% sunny in co-op career), all the AI uses the same strategy, wich results in DRS trains.
This is very, very bad.
I have exactly the same problem, red Flag and weather wise ( done 3 co-op seasons and not a drop of rain)
I, too, have never had anything but cloudless skies in any of my careers. Just as little as SC or red flags. Not once!
My suspicion: EA's tendency with things that don't work as they should is to simply remove them.
The AI uses dry tires in rain races? Ok, then let's just not make it rain. The red flags cause problems? Let's make sure they don't appear in the first place!
EA/CM won't solve problems if it's easier, quicker and cheaper to simply avoid them.
