Not possible to add AI cars to League Racing

Why is it not possible to add AI cars to League Racing on the Racenet website? It's frustrating, I created a league for myself and two other friends, I went to add AI cars and it's not possible, why is that? I don't have 20 friends to complete the league, please release AI cars so everyone can have fun without having to have 20 friends
