Pit crash

Whenever I go into pit lane it crashes to windows. Tried without 'Pit assist' also. Career mode and F1 World custom GP. Report Code: TCKG-BDEA-VTTB-HTDD

it is happening for me too . In Japan when I pit the game freezes and quits to windows without any error messages
