I have the same problem same error and that but im playing in a internet caffe tryed f1 24 on all pcs still the same error for anticheat. And when i tried on the main one of the caffe where is not the timer app the game launched finaly but i cant play on that one cuz its a bad pc with bad graphic card. So can it be that the EA Anticheat program might be blocking the internet caffe timer or wut if u could help (I have nowhere else to play...)

So what about my little brother? Here his DXdiag. I did everything that you wrote, it helps me but didnt help him. What he should do?
what worked for me is i enabled "run this program as administrator" in the .exe for the ea app and the game
