F1 24-PC (ERS BUG) - ERS Not Deploying

As of today, October 17th, 2024, when I try to use the DRS during a race or qualifying session, the ERS percentage stays at 100% and doesn't deploy, regardless of the mode I use, even in overtake mode. The ERS isn't being deployed and doesn't make the car any faster. I've tested this multiple times, and the issue remains the same. I’ve restarted the game and even rebooted my PC, but the problem persists.

I’m part of a serious racing league, and currently, it’s pointless to race due to this issue, which is quite frustrating. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into and a solution provided.
