Re: No Reward after Completion of Max Verstappen Challenge Career - F1 24

I pre purchased F1 2024 Champions edition on PS5 through the Playststion store and i was given 3 days early access, i took part in Challenge career to win Max verstappens crash helmet during winning races i won trophies and despite accepting them through the in game mail i have been unable to access them they are in my trophies in F1 world but they are in a a red box and when i try to add them to my trohy cabinet it does not allow me it looks and sounds as though i do not have access to them. I also do not have the Champions edition cover on my home screen i have the standard edition cover on screen, this was the first time i have pre-purchased anything from sony and this will be the last time.

  I have restarted my cosole restored databases and at the moment i am re-downloading the game to see if this fixes the issue if not i will be very frustrated and annoyed with the game i have been purchased all of the F1 games on ps4 and ps5 and this is the first time i have experienced this.

  Very annoyed and veru frustrated.
