Summarize your bug In F1 23 and all previous titles, the option to enable the Safety Car, Formation Lap, and more was always available in 25% races (I would know, I'm currently doing a co-op career on 25% races with SC and Red Flags enabled on F1 23). In F1 24, this has been changed for some reason. I would like to believe this was an oversight due to the renaming of some session lengths.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Choose session length short (25% races) and try to enable the safety car. In my case, I was about to start a driver career.
What happens when the bug occurs? Safety Cars, Red Flags and Formation Laps are not available for 25% races, when they have always been available for races of this length in the past.
What do you expect to see? Safety Cars, Red Flags and Formation Lap being available
