Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play career mode or F1 world
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a Failed to save message
What do you expect to see? i expect the game to autosave without having this issue.

Constantly get errors relating to autosaving, I've tried disabling anti-virus, windows firewalls, deleting old saved files, reinstalling the game etc. This is an issue that i also experienced on F1 23! I could never save the game, which unfortutnely ruined the game for me.

I decided to try the trial through EA play in the hope that this issue was isolated to F1 23. Unfortunatly this seems to still be an issue so unless this is fixed i will not be purchasing the game! This is a great shame as i'm a big fan of the F1 games, but this has made the games totally unplayable. From looking at the forums, this has been an issue that has plagued the last few releases with no resolution being offered by EA which is i find is totally unacceptable. Please sort this out!

have you found ANYTHING? EA SUPPORT IS THE WORST. i cant save since 2023 and bought 2024 thinking this would change. i have to input all my effin settings every. time. i. open. the. game. SAME MESSAGE. COULNT SAVE, RETRY? AND NEVER DOES IT SAVE.

@SiR-Herrera5 Me too - I have the the game installed on drive D:\ could that be enough to confuse it?

I had the same issue, got the F1 24 Champions Edition, and the same problem with the autosave. I found this YouTube video, and tried the steps the guy is explaining, and it solved the problem.

I managed to go thru this problem so I'll share my path:
Enable all .exe F1 files to go thru the firewall
Delete the F1 24 file in documents/my games (I had no progress, but if it happens for you in the middle of the game than save savegames file to replace it later
Turn off one drive
Run the game and go thru all license agreements and base settings
No probs with save problems (hopefully also for all those that happen to read that message)
Replace your saved save file ?? (as I have written before that was not the problem for myself so I can only hope it works)
Game also runs fine after restarting PC and with onedrive turned on.
