Still no information from anyone or even a reply from support after 3 weeks. Would really like to be able to play this game but at this rate it looks like I will have to see if they can fix it in F1 2025, won't be buying any more EA products.
Was it working correctly when you were using the original Fanatec pedals? My guess is that the Simsonn pedals are not compatible with F1 24, looking over the supported devices page I don't see any Simsonn products listed.
