Slow AI on Quali and super fast during Race

I’ve done like 10 races on career in a Williams and I’m averaging a qualifying position of 2nd in the 7th fastest car with like 5 poles already.
In the race they are quicker because they have unrealistic acceleration out of corners but even then their max top speed is much slower than the player so they struggle to pass on a drs straight if I use hotlap mode
Hmm… I still have to focus in my game (read GP mode), but I have already noticed AI quals laptimes are maybe not so fast, considering player car is much faster than F1 23.
Perhaps a better AI training is needed, at least in some tracks…
- @Nuvolarix Ai are Probably suffering from being trained not to dare risk having collisions. Making them slower to react in braking zones and corner turn in.

I believe the ai dont use overtake in qualy - if you do you making yourself too fast
- @Darthsausage44 They are still too slow. I got pole with the 7th fastest car without using overtake
