Ho, it also happened to me on my ps5 and I can’t go to the qualifyng since the 4th july.

In italy the support never responds. So i went here.
@Nico09Gabry12 Yeah they took a long time to deliver but there’s another post that complains about the same issue but that post has like 14 pages of people confirming and posting videos and a EA worker has kept us up with updates but now it says that this issue is awaiting patch which should be Monday hopefully.
Yeah hopefully, I thought I lost my progress in the carrer but i found this page and I saw that I wasn’t the only one with this problem.
