"There is a problem with your games setup." trying to open f1 24

I just installed the ea app, the f1 24 and fc24 the fc worked well but the f1 is giving me this error "There is a problem with your games setup please reinstall the game" tried deleting cache, instal...

    Ive got windows 11, and tried direct x before and didnt worked either
