Two Player Career greyed out

Product: F1 24
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Summarize your bug After repairing the game files, because my Mail wasn't working, I know have the problem that my Mail isn't working and on top of that, the Two Player Career mode option is greyed out. Other Online Features are working like Ranked Racing for example. What did I do? Repair the game again. Reinstalled the game. Restarted my PC. Restarted my Router/Internet. 60HZ 45 FPS Cap wasnt working.

What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Xbox Controller with Wireless Stick.
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Vodafone
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to launch Two Player Career mode I guess?
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? For one single time. A working game on launch maybe?

    @PinkyPizzaChunki have the same issue mails dont work if i get an 2 player career invite and if i open one and my friend is joining, the 2 player career is greyed out for me.
    I dont know why and we cant find any solution for this problem. Had the same problem with F1 22 was never getting fixed there.

    Maybe its a problem between Steam and EA Play but i dont know.

    Yeah me too, I cant open Mail just crashes my game. No matter what i do, I am unable to get two player career mode to not be greyed out since Release date and cannot find a fix for this anywhere, I have tried on PS5 and on EA App on PC both identical faults. So frustrating

    @PinkyPizzaChunk Hey did you find a fix for this? or is it still a issue for you, been having this issue now for a while with my two player career greyed out, also on pc and cant access store or anything etc as it always says "checking privileges"

    @PinkyPizzaChunk Not exactly a fix i wanted to do but, today i family shared the game to a alt account on steam and made a new EA account to link to the steam account and such and it seemed to let me play 2 player career on that account without a issue

    im unsure as to why i cant play the game on my main account. im assuming ive had reports online or something even though im a A tier driver and they have done something to my account been sat in a EA chat queue for a bout a hour waiting for a live customer servicde agent to try and get a fix
