Summarize your bug Tyre warmup during formation lap, outlap, behind safety car is extremely difficult. But if you go AI, the tyres warm up nicely. This is a bug that needs to be addressed quickly, as drivers going AI behind SC, during formation lap or outlaps during qualifying can create a sketchy situation for others around them who may be on a fast lap in qualifying for example

Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go out of the garage during qualifying and try to warm up tyres. Compare temperatures at different parts of the lap against going AI on outlap.
What happens when the bug occurs? Tyres do not warm up
What do you expect to see? A normal tyre warm up where going AI has no difference in rate of warmup. Currently, going AI is meta
