VR is unplayable

Numerous issues with the VR. Headtracking is completely out of sync. You turn your head and it's just a giant screen tear in the headset. Anything past 10 meters is very blurry. And the headset consistently crashes when switching between VR mode and going back to the 2D screen after finishing a session.

There was similar issues in F123 and F122. However for F123, if you had a REALLY high end PC there was no issues. I still have that same PC and it's arguably worse performance than the experience I had in F122.

PC(Steam)

Intel i7-13700F

32GB Ram

MSI 4070

Windows 11

  • I just bought the game for 75% off, and this issue was so bad that I had to refund.  If I don't move my head I can play the game at ultra settings buttery smooth, but if I move my head even a little, the entire screen goes juddery and out of sync, and this happens even with the graphics set to ultra low.  It also happens in the garage when nothing much intensive is happening.

It's definitely a coding issue rather than an hardware issue, as my system is quite high spec (i7 14700k, 96GB RAM, 4080 Super, 6TB m.2 drives).  I suspect the code isn't analysing the position of the headset often enough, either by design or unoptomised code.
