Xbox turtle beach wheel not found f1 24

Would be nice but ea or turtle beach are no responding to any forums about this issue with the wheel. I've had the wheel since day 1 it came out and dissatisfied with it as not many games on xbox can use it with. Ea have listed it as compatable but think it's down to turtle beach to send a firmware update to wheel have tried to contact them but heard nothing. I thought fanatec customer service was bad lol
