5-Hour Trial Not Working

I have purchased the standard edition, and I get a 5-hour trial included in my EA Play subscription. I have downloaded and installed the game, but when I click on 'play', the game attempts to launch, but then returns to the EA screen (see screenshots attached). I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled, but I still have the same issue. Any help would be great! Thanks
