About create your own driver on My Team

I never bought the "F1 Manager" series and I buy the "F1" series every year. My question: why would I like or have more fun fantasizing being a bald character who is “just” a team owner instead of creating my own driver in a driving game? Honestly, I have no desire to play as a F2, F3 driver or a retired driver. There are very few realistic driver options for My Team. If they at least kept Ricciardo, Bottas, Magnussen, Perez and Zhou as options, or the current reserve drivers it would be nicer. I didn't think it was a good idea to restrict the creation of your own driver. Just that. A reflection. No hate.
