Ai don’t match real season

Has anyone else seen unrealistic ai performance in terms of relative times. For example on driver career, 103 ai, Melbourne, Tsunoda took pole with a 0.4 second margin over Hamilton. Norris and Verstappen are a half second from pole. Hadjar is the slowest .Bortaletto was top 10 all through practice and qualy.
