Hi Dookie,
your experience reminds me of racing the game, Formula 1-98 in 1998.
In that game, after passing the AI on the straight, you could expect a shunt from behind at the next corner 🤪
Very unrealistic back in 1998, and you'd hope that in 2025 that the AI performance in F1 games would be more realistic.
