Managing attendance and reserves shouldn’t be this chaotic…

Managing an F1 league on Discord can get messy — especially with driver sign-ups, reserve priority, and race reminders.

I’ve seen a lot of leagues struggle with chasing confirmations, last-minute dropouts, and keeping everything organized.

Has anyone tried automating attendance and reserves? I’ve put together a small system in Atomcal that does things like:
• Driver registrations
• Reserve priority
• Race reminders
• Calendar sync

I’m still improving it, but I’d really like some feedback from people who actually run leagues.

If you’re interested, you can check it out here:

How are you guys currently handling attendance and reserves?

I use Apollo to manage League Racing Events and Sign Ups. It's simple, easy to use, has a really good interface with all the information needed. Even adjusts the race start time for each members time zones.

I checked out the link above to atomcal, and to be honest the website throws far too much information at you without really explaining the basics of what it does. I couldn't see any examples of what the atomcal sign up process would look like on a Discord or exactly what I'm signing up for. I felt like everything I was clicking on was just trying to take my details and add the bot, and that made me wary of browsing any further. I'm sure it's a great feature, but it's not a great sales pitch and has not convinced me to move away from Apollo!

Hey, thanks so much for the honest feedback — I really appreciate it.

I totally get what you mean about Apollo being easier to navigate for beginners. Atomcal’s website can definitely feel a bit overwhelming at first, and I understand why that might be off-putting. The good news is that the Discord side of Atomcal is actually much simpler — creating events, handling sign-ups, and managing time zones is pretty straightforward once you see it in action.

If you’d like, I can give you a quick walkthrough of the workflow inside Discord — no strings attached. I’m also including a link so you can get a better idea of how it looks and works inside Discord.

Either way, I really appreciate you taking the time to check it out!
