AI after 1.12 is definitely better but still not optimal. Their tyre temps are always optimal, they blast ers on the straights and not ones do they recharge. It sucks man, F1 25 could have been so good. Hopefully they won't abandon the game again because of this supposedly 'big' update.
Anyone having same issues still?
Yes pretty much everyone are still having the same issues. They have made an absolute hash of the AI in the past two games, I've lost all confidence in this development team to make even a half decent job of the basic fundamentals of the game.
F123 was pretty much perfect for handling dry and wet and AI. How on earth can you go so far backwards in two games is beyond me.
It's far from good enough!
Even though the game is new consoles it still carries the old console limitations and shortcuts were taken. Understandable really. For me using full TC and brakes and the right AI I get the right lap times but how they happen compared to the AI is very different. Some straights the AI are monsters. Others not so much. My main issue is wet racing followed by the AI having better acceleration out of medium gear corners.
1.12 was a fail. This late in the game cycle I doubt they will save it.
