I am on PC and have an Nvidia 5090 and have set Nvidia frame gen to on and to 2x but it doesn’t kick in while in game. The telling sign is latency is still 0. It’s the same with it on and off.
I tried 3x and 4x and having it set to auto but all do not have an effect.
All drivers etc are fully up to date.
Bizarrely it does kick in randomly after a while. But from trial and error there is no set pattern that it kicks in at.
Exact same problem here - got a 5070Ti yesterday, hopped in F1 25 and while performance is great no matter what I set FG to my FPS never changes and it clearly isn't working.
So far only game I've seen it work with is Doom Dark Ages.

Having the same issue with an RTX 5080. Drivers are up to date but I do not see frame gen working on the benchmark
So to get FG to work I had to select Windowed (Fullscreen) mode instead of Fullscreen. Seems to work for me now. If you revert back to Fullscreen at any point you’ll need to reselect Windowed (Fullscreen) the next time you launch the game for it to work.
