Can't play with my two player career

I bought ea play pro to try out the game before I bought it just to make sure I liked it, and I did so i bought the game, just the standard edition at first but because I had driver icons in all my saves instead of just disableing them it didn't let me play at all. So afer about 2 weeks I finally decidet to just buy the icon upgrade but the game still doesn't let me play with my two player career save because for some reason it says the apx gp pack has been removed. Please EA guys help me because this is a joke if I lost my save when I spent more money than if I jsut outright bought the game in the first place
