Suspended Account

EA support may be the most useless group for any game company. I have been greeted with a suspended account message on login on F1 25 after taking a few months break. When I go to the EA page, I have no ban history. Every time I have contacted any support agent, they say I am not banned and have no idea why I see this message. After talking with support for months, instead of helping me, they ignore me. I am now not able to get in contact with anyone, and the robot on the support page is somehow more useless than any human I have had the absolute pleasure speaking with. I am asking to get this issue resolved, or just give me my money back. This is just one expensive paperweight with a phenomenal support group to help me out and get to the bottom of any issues I have.

    Did you have an active EA play subscription when you played previously?

    I did, but I purchased the game before it expired and did not renew

    That is what might be the issue. There have been a couple of other people that bought it while they had EA play subscription active and didn’t renew and it suspended their account.

    I will escalate to a CM to see if there is a alternative solution but the only workaround i have seen is to reactivate the EA play subscription.

    I'm encountering this exact same issue. I purchased the game in the middle of my ea play subscription and now that it expired, it's giving me the "account suspended". Is there a solution to this?

    Unfortunately, we cannot fix account issues on the EA Forums. Can you please contact our Customer Support? They should be able to help you.
