I got EA play pro and i should be able to download the game on PC, but everytime i try i get an error saying there is something wrong with the download, is this an issue on EA's side or is the game not available yet?

Could you make a video when attempting to download both a game that works when downloading and the attempt at downloading F1? This will help our team to illustrate the issue you're facing.
EA_Mako wondering if theres any update, as its been about a week now, and im fine playing the games i have but seems a bit redundant to pay 17 euros for pro while i cant play new games or games that arent in my library
We're still looking into things with the error ID you'd provided already, but I don't have any other updates on that front just yet.

EA_Mako i have tried to go offline and online and clearing the cache but it has done nothing, ive also tried to install the ea app on another drive to see if that does anything or that maybe my eaplaypro has ran out but my next billing is on the 16th of june, so im a bit stuck on what to do now as it seems ive tried any option to fix this
With that in mind, can you try going Offline in the EA app with the option below, then back Online?
After doing that it may help to go through the Help > App Recovery > Clear cache option one more time before seeing if you can add the game to your library and download/launch.
