Car performance and driver ratings

I have noticed an Issue about mercedes amg petronas team,and also on some youtuber and streamers,in career mode mercedes can not reach a podium with such a great car and great drivers while dominating in irl,and in game career modes mclaren is dominating,lando winning every race,kimi rating is also in mt opinion too small

Yep. Ruined the experience for me. McLaren are meant to be 3rd on the R&D chart but they have won almost every race for me. Mercedes need a boost or McLaren need to be nerfed.

Same thing goes for Williams. Way to quick in qualifying and are way ahead of the rest of the midfield when they should be 8th or 9th in the pecking order.

Cars handle great but this performance thing needs to be sorted.

There should be greater differences in the technical level of the cars. Currently, they are too small, and a better driver from the weakest team scores points by overtaking a weaker driver from a better team. Driver ratings have too much influence and car performance too little. This needs to change.
