In the settings menu you need to go into controls, vibration and force feedback and then click on the active preset and then edit. From there you can customise all of the inputs including radio/voice commands

Yes you can. For this you need to be in a race session and from the pause menu go to settings, on screen display then OSD customisation and from there you can move everything around
