Co-op career bug

So I don't know if anyone else had this issue, but ever since my friend and I started playing the career mode we have gotten the same weather for every race every season. At first I thought it was just a coincidence, but in the 3rd season I started suspecting. So the whole season is clear and sunny weather, except Silverstone where there is light rain and Las Vegas with heavy rain for the whole race.

I just wanted to ask if anyone had the same issue and found a fix to it.
