Code redemption is not working

Tried to use code CHEQUEREDFLAG to pre-order f125, and it doesn't work. I tried like 20-29 codes and it didn't work. If I got flagged for bot (I didn't use it), is there a cool down or anything? I asked EA support, and they said to uninstall and reinstall, which didn't do anything
