Communicating with online services..

has happened ever since I bought the game back in June. I cannot open mail without it taking forever, or sometimes the store doesn't even load up correctly. I am located in Australia on PC. My internet is good and whenever I try to play invite or league sessions someone usually has to wait around 20 minutes just to join. Constantly restarting their game. Need a fix please.
