To put it simply, its licensing issues that prevents those tracks to be added. Plus adding in 6 tracks that will likely have changed in some ways since being in the game on top of a requirement for them to be working on a new car model for the upcoming regulation changes and madrid too. Its just unrealistic.
As Magny-Cours and Kyalami are not FIA Grade 1 tracks, FOM may not allow them in the game.
Completely agree on the calendar as its something i and many others have been asking for multiple times now
Licensing shouldn't be much of a problem anymore, we've had huge breakthroughs with plenty of things being added to the game over the years ever since Liberty Media took over in F1, also it wasn't that long ago we had the ability to have Paul Ricard, Shanghai and Portimao on our calendars after S1 so I'm still unsure on why this can't be done but with a wider range of circuits, it's down to them to put the effort into their game to provide bigger content drops throughout the game cycle, they could even add it as DLC that you can purchase, I understand adding tracks that haven't been in F1 for a long time or have never been in F1 but surely circuits that have been used in F1 in the last say 10 years should be brought to the game
