For Driver career you can only choose driver moves to be on/ off.
In my team, Driver moves are locked to on, however there is an additional setting that allows you to increase or decrease the chance of a team retaining their current drivers.
How is it that we have the transfer slider in coop career mode but not in driver career mode?
They are basically the same mode.
I don't know, if I had to guess I'd say it's just because coop is newer, so it got upgraded features and they never remembered to go back and add those features to the traditional driver mode.
