Early retirement

Getting towards the end of season 1 of My Team and got a message through about a driver retirement. To my surprise, Yuki is retiring?! He's actually having a decent season as well so it's pretty stupid and immersion breaking.

Haven't reported as a bug because it isn't as such, but definitely something that needs tweaking. Think it would make a lot more sense to make the driver's age visible and this to be the key factor in terms of whether they retire.

    U might have enabled increased driver moves wich might trigger this im not sure though!

    On the other hand there are young drivers who leave F1 to race in Indy Car and other series. It does happen.

    Ah, maybe though that would still be pretty illogical (but good to have a possible cause)

    Yes it does but not when a guy has just got his move to the dominant team of recent years and in this case, is 4th in the driver rankings (and almost certain to finish there)
