Early retirement

Getting towards the end of season 1 of My Team and got a message through about a driver retirement. To my surprise, Yuki is retiring?! He's actually having a decent season as well so it's pretty stup...

U might have enabled increased driver moves wich might trigger this im not sure though!

Ah, maybe though that would still be pretty illogical (but good to have a possible cause)
