What does "slightly slower" mean in practice? Will it be 2 seconds or 0.5-1 second? The AI ​​should slow down by about 2 seconds on a wet track.

Furthermore, the AI ​​should make more mistakes on a wet track (especially weaker, less experienced drivers).
