The Trueforce now works, but the scale sliders still don't work. if i put the rumble strips to 0 it is the same as if i have them at 60. So even when turned of i feel feedback of the rummble strips. Same with ontrack effects and other sliders. The feedback strength does work.
For the Logitech G923 btw
If you look in the Generic setting section of the game's control options you'll see that there's a Trueforce gain slider - this is where you adjust it.
