It’s great that there’s a BOOST (Wet – restricted) mode for rainy conditions.😁
All that’s missing now is having two separate (and separately mapped) modes: BOOST (available everywhere) and OVERTAKE (available when you’re less than a second behind someone, but only on a dry track). Then it would be truly realistic. The current simplified "2-in-1" solution is confusing and unrealistic.
It would be worth adding an indicator—either on the steering wheel display or via the RPM LEDs—to show when the full overtake mode is available (similar to how active aero systems like DRS/SM are indicated). Right now, we rely on the engineer’s voice—which is great—and the HUD.

Overtake is activated automatically - why would it be mapped?

I don't quite follow you. There’s a difference between availability and activation. When Overtake is available (because you’re less than a second behind someone), you activate it using a button (unless you have assist enabled, in which case it happens automatically).
I’m talking about energy management strategies. Just because Overtake mode is available doesn't mean you have to use it. Sometimes it’s better to delay the overtake and wait until the battery is fully charged. In the meantime, using the slipstream and Boost mode is enough to stay close to the car ahead.
