F1 25 Beta
I got accepted to play the beta but I have been given the wrong code for it. I'm on playstation 5 an the code is for Xbox. This code won't work. What do I do to get the right code please. I've spoken to EA help and they have given me a reference number 208014375 please can I get some help

As we mentioned last weekend, the Beta codes are given depending on the options you selected when filling out the form. It is possible you haven't received a code for the first option you selected. Codes cannot be exchanged or swapped.
