F1 25 game : generally nerfed top speed + incorrect performance index for 2025.

EA Codemasters, what's with the drastic top speed reduction 
across all cars? Even with 0-0 wings, none of them hit 217-225 mph 
(without performance upgrades), which is a puzzling change.

Additionally, the performance index feels off. The MCL39 is 
supposedly the best car this year, its only weakness being top 
speed due to drag. Is this inaccuracy because the cars lack 
upgrades?

Frankly, I expect fully upgraded F1 cars in the game to reach around 
235 mph with 0-0 wings, while unupgraded cars should hit 217-222 
mph. Please consider adjusting this in a future update.
